[004:163] Verily, We have sent the Revelation to you (O Muhammad [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) as We sent the Revelation to Nh (Noah) and the Prophets after him; We (also) sent the Revelation to Ibrhm (Abraham), Ism'l (Ishmael), Ishq (Isaac), Ya'qb (Jacob), and Al-Asbt [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qb (Jacob)], 's (Jesus), Ayyub (Job), Ynus (Jonah), Hrn (Aaron), and Sulaimn (Solomon); and to Dwd (David) We gave the Zabr (Psalms).

[004:164] And Messengers We have mentioned to you before, and Messengers We have not mentioned to you, and to Ms (Moses) Allh spoke directly.

[004:165] Messengers as bearers of good news as well as of warning in order that mankind should have no plea against Allh after the (coming of) Messengers. And Allh is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise.

[004:166] But Allh bears witness to that which He has sent down (the Qur'n) to you (O Muhammad [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam]); He has sent it down with His Knowledge, and the angels bear witness. And Allh is All-Sufficient as a Witness.

[004:167] Verily, those who disbelieve [by concealing the truth about Prophet Muhammad [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam] and his message of true Islmic Monotheism written in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injl (Gospel) with them] and prevent (mankind) from the path of Allh (Islmic Monotheism); they have certainly strayed far away. (Tafsir Al-Qurtub)

[004:168] Verily, those who disbelieve and did wrong [by concealing the truth about Prophet Muhammad [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam] and his message of true Islmic Monotheism written in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injl (Gospel) with them]; Allh will not forgive them, nor will He guide them to any way (Tafsir Al-Qurtub).

[004:169] Except the way of Hell, to dwell therein forever; and this is ever easy for Allh.

[004:170] O mankind! Verily, there has come to you the Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) with the truth from your Lord. So believe in him, it is better for you. But if you disbelieve, then certainly to Allh belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. And Allh is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise.

(V.4:163) Ash-Shaikh Al-Imm Al-Hfiz Abu 'Abdullh Muhammad bin Isma'l bin Ibrhm bin Al-Mughrah Al-Bukhri (may Allh [Subhnahu wa Ta'la] be Merciful to him) said: How the Divine Revelation started to be revealed to Allh's Messenger . And the Statement of Allh [Subhnahu wa Ta'la]: "Verily, We have sent the Revelation to you (O Muhammad ) as We sent the Revelation to Nh (Noah) and the Prophets after him." (V.4:163).

Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattb [radhi-yAllhu 'anhu]: I heard Allh's Messenger [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam] saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrates for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration will be for what he emigrated for."

[Sahih Al-Bukhri, 1/1 (O.P.1)].

Narrated 'Aishah, the Mother of the faithful believers [radhi-yAllhu 'anhaa]: Al-Hrith bin Hishm [radhi-yAllhu 'anhu] asked Allh's Messenger : "O Allh's Messenger! How is the Divine Revelation revealed to you?" Allh's Messenger [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam] replied, "Sometimes it is (revealed) like the ringing of a bell, this form of Revelation is the hardest of all and then this state passes off after I have grasped what is revealed. Sometimes the angel comes in the form of a man and talks to me and I grasp whatever he says." 'Aishah [radhi-yAllhu 'anhaa] added: "Verily, I saw the Prophet [sal-Allhu 'alayhi wa sallam] being inspired divinely and noticed the sweat dropping from his forehead on a very cold day as the Revelation was over." [Sahih Al-Bukhri, 1/2 (O.P.2)]
