This Week's Khutbah Challenge (Jum'ah)

sorry if i seemed to be specifying u sister , but i was only making reference to something i saw with my own 2 eyes ..I dunno how many of you all know there were 2 Shaykhs here from Yemen , well during one of their khutbahs , i saw someone take out a pen n paper to write down what they were saying and the shaykh stopped him and told him that doing that is not permissible , so i just remembered that when you mentioned about taking notes and decided just incase anyone actually thought of doing it to make mention of that ..sorry if it came across in a bad way , it was not my intention....i do humbly agolopize...

u have to say sallulahu allayhi wa salaam....even during the kuthba. This not like talking to anyone....is really talking/dua to Allah. U dont have to sya it hard...u can say it softly under your breath.

What u not suppose to do is talk or to not to reply to even Salaams when kuthba is going on....u can just nod quickly or something to acknowledge the bro/sis...
